Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive highly experienced and proficient in face to face closing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be used to a low basic with the opportunity of great commission earning potential. Our top sellers earn between 70-100K per annum OTE. Experience selling high end products in any of the following areas including : furniture, doors, windows, conservatories, garden buildings or home furnishings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing director to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilise our CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Experience:
- A good understanding of timber structures, garden rooms or similar is beneficial
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience using CRM software is preferred
