Sales Executive - Home Improvements

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive

  • Attend pre-scheduled sales appointments provided by the company.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • To close sales directly on B 2 C basis
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our range of products, including double glazed windows & doors, composite doors, and conservatory roofs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including sales contracts and customer information.
  • Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Stay informed about updates and improvements in our product offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements of a Sales Executive

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvements or related industry would be ideal but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a reliable car for travel.
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach towards sales and customer interactions.

Requirement's of a Sales Executive

  • Experience in a retainer + commission only environment essential
  • Own Car, Mobile and Android/Apple Tablet essential/laptop
  • Genuine desire and drive to work in a field sales environment.
