Full job description

The Role

As a Service Engineer, no two days are the same.

One day you'll be fine-tuning a set of bi-fold doors to achieve the perfect operation. The next you'll be resolving a conservatory roof leak, replacing glazing, or carrying out repairs that leave a customer delighted with the result.

This is more than a repairs role. You'll be the face of Hazlemere after installation, ensuring every product continues to perform exactly as it should. You'll combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving and genuine pride in delivering work of the highest quality.

If you enjoy finding solutions, take ownership of your work and believe that every customer deserves first-class service, we'd love to hear from you.
