THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY - This role will suit those installers that have several sources of work and don't wish to put all their eggs in one basket.

Opportunities ONLY for experienced Conservatory Insulation Installers (ceiling insulation and cladding) operating as self employed teams of two covering the following general areas:

West Midlands; East Midlands; North East Coast; Essex; M4 corridor (Reading) to South Coast;

Installations are paid at a starting rate of £450 per job, plus ad-ons, and a mileage rate of £0.25p per mile travel costs. (+95% of installations are completed in under 1 day.) We pay weekly.

Opportunities for work within your area and further a field if you are prepared to stay away. We also cover over night costs and offer a generous food allowance.

All materials supplied - you will need to collect from local suppliers near to you or the installation ie; Eurocell, Travis Perkins, Screwfix Etc...

Responsibilities:

-Manage your own diary, materials and customer liaison.
- Install insulation and cladding materials into ceilings of conservatories in residential properties to an efficient and high standard on every job..
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times.

Skills:
- Knowledge of conservatory structure required.
- Proven experience in insulating conservatories and ceiling cladding.

- Ability to work to our company installation process.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting insulation materials.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting
- Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Applicants must have:

• - £5 million Public Liability cover.
• - Waste License - these are available from £154 for three years.
• - Fully insured LWB (High Top) Van in good condition with suitable breakdown cover, jump starter pack and well stocked up-to date First Aid Kit.
• - A positive solution based mindset. You will be expected to overcome and solve problems and create solutions.
• - Excellent customer service skills.
• - Excellent communication skills.
• - Be driven by high standards, quality work and finishing standards.
• - A sense of humour - we like to have fun and banter!

Application question(s):

• Applicants must have their own Van to transport their own tools and supplied materials to each job. Vans need to be in good clean workable condition and be able to carry wooden batten and UPVC materials of lengths up to 5 metres. We would also expect you to have Breakdown cover in the event of breakdown, carry jump leads and/or a starter pack and an up-to date first aid kit.
