ORANGERY/WINDOW FITTERS MATE NEAR YEOVIL

We are currently seeking an experienced Orangery/Conservatory fitter's mate to join a fitting team near Yeovil. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to work in the South Somerset and Dorset areas. Previous experience in this field is an essential requirement.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a company pension scheme and 28 days of holiday. A full driving license is required for this role. We provide THE MAIN FITTER with a van with a fuel card, as well as all the trims and materials needed. While we supply some essential tools and any special tools required, the applicant will need to bring their own power tools.

The right applicant should be skilled in fitting all aspects of double glazing, including Aluminium and PVC, Conservatories, warm roofs, Bifold doors, and Lanterns. We are looking for someone who is committed to a long-term partnership and can deliver high-quality work. Previous experience in handling large, sealed units is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience.

Our work is varied and specialises in Orangery installations. You will be responsible for fitting our unique roofing system, which includes high-end Origin aluminium bi-folds, sliders, and some basic carpentry. We provide full training on our system and the installation process of our Orangery system.

The majority of the work will be in the Sherborne area, but some contracts may require travel during working hours.

Working hours are from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday through Friday. The salary offered is competitive and dependent on experience.
