Role Overview:

As a Surveyor with Green Space UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in our customer’s journey. After a sale is finalized, you’ll:

  • Conduct detailed site surveys for conservatory roof projects to gather accurate measurements.
  • Ensure order specifications are met.
  • Assess site conditions and provide recommendations for structural modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Support project managers with technical insights
  • Maintain detailed records of all survey activities and findings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in surveying or estimating, particularly with conservatory roofs, is highly desirable.
  • Possession of a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
  • A robust understanding of conservatory roof installations, repairs, and panel replacements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for precise measurement and drawing accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to customer schedules.
  • Self-provided Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
