We are recruiting production operatives to join and strengthen the existing team, on the job training will be given to successful candidates. This is a challenging and rewarding position, offering potential development opportunities within.

Requirements of our Production Operatives

· Time management & reliability

· Ability to cope with changes in demands and circumstance

· Ability to self-motivate

· Ability to work quickly and methodically and complete tasks in full

· Ability to concentrate while doing repetitive tasks

· A keen eye for detail and understanding of the importance of Quality

· Maintaining positive and productive relationships with individual team members and other departments/colleagues

· A positive and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities of our Production Operatives

· To ensure that daily production and quality targets are met within the work area.

· Ensure all Health and Safety procedures in the work area are observed and followed and that relevant PPE is worn at all times.

· To ensure housekeeping duties are carried out and work area and machinery is kept at the agreed standard.

Reporting to the Team Leader/Supervisor

STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
