Full job description

We are looking for someone diligent and driven to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are self-assured, conscientious, organised, and eager to get started. The Home Improvement adviser will be hard-working, willing to learn and adapt, effective, and experienced in customer service. You must be computer literate, able to use your initiative, honest and reliable. Please note - you must be able to drive and hold a clean UK license.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling ex-customers and potential leads, professionally representing The company, and selling unique features and benefits of our services.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase sales and meet targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding the customer's needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
  • Provide product demonstrations to customers and explain features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction and answer any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain product knowledge and industry trends to successfully engage with customers.
  • Work with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a healthy work environment.

Experience:

  • Previous telephone sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We manufacture, supply and fit a range of products including windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries and porches. Our working hours are typically 9 am until 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, some evening and Saturday work may be required.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
