Home to the exquisite Torrish Restaurant and a sophisticated lounge experience, delivers flawless, bespoke service. Ideal for individuals with an eye for detail who want to master the art of fine dining and luxury hospitality.

What We Look For

• A warm, engaging personality with a natural passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible "can-do" attitude.
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, with the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• High standards of personal presentation and pride in your work.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is advantageous, but full, industry-leading training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Provide a warm, authentic welcome to all guests, anticipating their needs to create memorable dining experiences.
• Deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, lounges, bars, and event spaces—from serving afternoon teas to pouring fine wines or serving whisky.
• Develop excellent product knowledge, confidently explaining our locally sourced menus and extensive drinks lists.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of all dining and service areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Work collaboratively with both front-of-house colleagues and our kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
