UPVC Spray Painter (ONLY) (Domestic & Commercial) – Nationwide

Join a friendly, growing team that takes real pride in a flawless finish. We’re hiring experienced UPVC Sprayers for domestic and commercial projects across the UK.

About the work

You’ll spray windows, doors, soffits & fascia, drainpipes, conservatories, walls and furniture—plus commercial assets such as shopfronts, curtain walling, aluminium frames, cladding panels, office/retail fit-outs, schools, warehouses and hospitality sites. Aluminium frame experience is preferred (not essential). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge and experience with various hand and power tools.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare, clean, key and mask UPVC/aluminium to a high standard; remove and reinstate silicone where needed.
  • Spray (HVLP/airless) to a consistent, durable finish; colour-match (RAL/BS & designer shades).
  • Make minor repairs on all Substrates.
  • Work safely on occupied homes and live commercial sites; follow site rules, inductions and RAMS.
  • Travel to projects anywhere in the UK; some early starts, nights or occasional overnights.

Essentials

  • Experienced Sprayers ONLY.
  • Proven on-site UPVC window & door and or Residential & Commercial spraying (portfolio/photos help).
  • Strong prep/masking discipline and a keen eye for detail.
  • Working at height essential (Ladders/ Access Equipment)
  • Professional communication with homeowners, site managers and other trades.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Nice to have (not must-haves): aluminium/curtain walling/cladding, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, IPAF/PASMA, and your own spray kit & PPE (preferred, but we’ll consider you without if your work is strong).
