Full job description
We are a well-established company specialising in the supply and installation of conservatories, windows, and doors. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality products. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated Administrator to manage the administrative aspects of our projects, ensuring smooth operations from customer orders to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Oversee the administrative aspects of conservatory, window, and door projects, from initial customer order to completion.
• Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, updating on project progress, and handling any issues that may arise.
• Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of ordering materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Liaise with installation teams to schedule jobs, ensuring the availability of materials and equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customer communication, and project timelines.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any administrative or operational challenges related to projects.
• Communication: Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams on project statuses.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or home improvement industries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with order processing and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and relevant project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the conservatories, windows, and doors sector.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Pay: £14,253.67-£26,707.37 per year
