The Millennium Hotel Glasgow is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who will assisting in delivering great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant areas.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional service within food & beverage areas of the hotel, including breakfast
• Confidently communicating the menu and all products available to guests
• Dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) according to company standards
• Ensuring the Food & Beverage areas are clean and tidy at all times

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

• Experience of Food & Beverage service
• Great customer service skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in dealing with payments
• Experience of MICROS would be an advantageous
• Flexible to cover early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, on a rota basis, as the business requires
