Jewel Windows has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Home Improvement Service Administrator for our windows and doors divisions.

As Service Administrator for Jewel Windows, you will represent an important part of our business; ensuring our customers continue to receive the high level of service the Jewel Home Group strives to provide, even after installation.

The role

We are looking to recruit an efficient, friendly, enthusiastic Service Administrator for our service department, looking after our windows and doors brands, with excellent communication skills to support our highly successful and busy service department.

  • Booking and coordinating the service bookings for service engineers
  • Building strong relationships with staff and customers alike

Your Experience

You must have at least one years experience within customer service or a service department

You will ideally have one years experience within the windows industry, but full training will be given to the ideal candidate.

IT Skills

Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word and Excel

CRM – training will be given
