We are LRB Cleaning Services LTD – a Cleaning Company servicing properties across West Sussex.

For 20 years we have provided our customers with a range of professional cleaning services to suit their property cleaning needs. Our services range from: pure water window cleaning, traditional window cleaning, conservatory valets, specialist carpet cleaning, decking restoration, driveway and patio cleaning, end of tenancy and roof cleaning.

What we are looking for?

We are looking to expand the window-cleaning branch of the business and are currently looking to employ a Window Cleaner to join the LRB Cleaning Services team.

The vacancy available is:

· Window Cleaner: PAYE, full-time and permanent contract. 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. Pro rata.

We are looking for:

• Ideally already trained in WFP with pinpoint skill and attention to deatil.
• Spash and dash not accepted.
• Self-motivated attitude to work
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prepared to work hard
• Physically fit
• The ambition to turn this into more than just a cleaning job
• A full UK driving licence and a willingness to drive a work van

Job Type:

· PAYE, full-time and permanent contract (5 days, Monday – Friday). Pro rata.

Salary:

• Negotiable

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm (March to October, 40 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4pm (30 hours per week, in the Winter)
• Weekends and some evenings (overtime)

Experience:

• Previous cleaning experience would be preferable but not essential since training will be provided.
• Ideally you will already be competant in WFP and traditional with a clean licence and clean DBS (mandatory)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (essential)
• Clean DBS record (essential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,906.00-£32,000.00 per year
