We are looking for an experienced conservatory surveyor to become part of our rapidly growing living spaces team.

You will be responsible for:

· Attending pre-arranged site surveys in customer homes to confirm conservatory sizes and specification.

· Identifying changes and additional information required from the order.

· Documenting safe working practice for the installation and preparing risk assessments.

· Producing a fully completed survey pack.

· Liaising with or drawing office and ordering team to progress contracts.

We are looking for a conservatory surveyor with excellent communication and time management skills, that can work as part of a team.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience of carrying out conservatory surveys and a sound knowledge of Scottish Building Regulations is preferred.
