Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our developing sales team. This is an excellent chance for someone self-assured, responsible, well-organised, and eager for a fresh start. The ideal Home Improvement Adviser will be hard-working, open to learning, and effective, with extensive customer service experience. You must be able to take initiative, be computer literate, trustworthy, and honest, and be able to drive and have a valid, pristine UK driver's license.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain customer relationships in order to boost revenue and accomplish objectives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding the customer's needs and recommending relevant items or services.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and discuss their characteristics and benefits. - Handle sales transactions promptly and efficiently. - Follow up with consumers to ensure satisfaction and respond to any issues or queries.
  • Maintain product knowledge and industry developments to communicate effectively with customers. Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets and promote a healthy work environment.

Experience:

  • Previous field sales experience is recommended, but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Self-motivated with a good outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
