Field Sales Consultant – Home Improvements (Self-Employed, Commission Only)
Realistic earnings £60,000+ per year | Top performers earning £120,000+

Greenspace (UK) Ltd is one of the UK’s leading specialists in insulated conservatory roofs. We help homeowners transform their conservatories into comfortable, year-round living spaces that are warmer in winter and cooler in summer. We’re growing, and we’re looking for driven, customer-focused Field Sales Consultants to join our team

Why our consultants succeed

Every appointment you attend is a genuine, pre-qualified lead. Our in-house marketing and telesales teams generate and confirm each one, so you arrive at the home of someone who has already shown real interest in improving their conservatory. You spend your time presenting and closing instead of prospecting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Attending up to three pre-booked, qualified appointments per day at customers’ homes
  • Carrying out surveys, presenting our conservatory solutions and providing accurate quotations
  • Guiding customers through their options, including finance where appropriate, and taking orders
  • Covering appointments within up to two hours’ drive of your home
  • Arriving on time and attending every lead issued to you
  • Joining regular sales meetings to share best practice and stay up to date on products

As we work around homeowners’ availability, some evening and weekend appointments are part of the role.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience selling home improvement products direct to homeowners (B2C)
  • A proven track record in direct sales, new business or a lead-based sales role
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust
  • Motivation, enthusiasm and a drive to hit targets
  • Confidence using a tablet or laptop for quotes and paperwork
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations for consumer finance, or a willingness to learn and comply fully
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (Essential)
  • The right to work in the UK (Essential)
