Job Title: Fenestration Manager.

Hours: Mon - Friday 07:30 to 16:30 and every other Saturday 08:00 to 12:00

The role of a Fenestration Manager:

  • Use and understanding of Business micros / FDS (or equivalent)
  • Window, Conservatory, Comp Door knowledge
  • Creation of accurate specifications and quotes, and process to order to manufacture for the region.
  • Previous experience in the PvcU industry advantageous
  • Engage proactively with customers to establish if they are in the market for our products and be able to communicate benefits of our products.
  • Works together with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide 1-2-1 training for branch staff onsite and via telecoms / teams.
  • Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
  • Be able to assist with all bespoke products (or be able to be trained), e.g. fencing, decking, Hardie call offs
  • Lead by example.
  • Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branchperformance targets.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and have energy and passion that is required to deliver what our customers require.
  • Must have a full valid driving license.
  • Good organisational skills and be IT literate.
  • Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential as the right attitude and drive will overcome any lack of this experience. Full training will be provided
