The Converters Home Improvement Group is fast growing and prominent installer and supplier of top-quality home improvement products all over Scotland, with the brands:

  • The Blind & Shutter Company Scotland
  • NEW The Home Extension Company
  • NEW The Window & Door Converters

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Joiners to join our installations teams across our group. You will play a pivotal role in the installation and fitting of our high-quality products around Scotland, ensuring precision, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute precise measurements, cutting, shaping, and installation of our home improvement products.

Apply expert skills to produce high-quality workmanship in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Skilled in using a variety of joinery tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
