Window Cleaner - part time (full time potential, subject to business needs)

• £140 per day, plus bonuses

We are looking for a well-mannered, dedicated and focused individual to provide our window cleaning services with a keen eye for detail and a professional attitude to their work. This is the first hire for us and we have big ambitions for growth in this space therefore we are looking for someone with future managerial potential whilst also being willing to put in the time to establish the brand and set the standard for our window cleaning services.

We strongly believe in an environment where everyone benefits from the success of the company and have in place a profit share scheme as well as a referral bonus scheme for expanding the client base.

Compensation

• £140 per working day on an initially zero-hours contract, with the intention of transitioning to regular contracted hours as the customer base grows.
• Referral bonuses for every new repeat client added.
• Performance bonuses and eligibility for a profit-sharing scheme as the business develops.

The role

• Independently travelling around the Surrey area to client’s houses to clean windows and conservatories using the provided van and specialist water-fed pole equipment. This includes working with clients to understand their needs, concerns and listening to feedback.
• Initially variable hours, expected to increase as the business grows. No minimum hours guaranteed initially.
• Scheduling services and payment will be handled separately by us, as well as other operational matters.
• Generating new clients is primarily the responsibility of the company. However, we want to promote the brand as much as possible and so a referral bonus per customer is paid to you for new repeat clients you generate.
• We will provide professional training and initial mentoring in advance of you working independently.
• We also provide the van and equipment but initially candidates do need to have access to suitable parking overnight (with access to power and water) as we do not have a yard established yet.
