Conservatory Insulation Installers Required (Self-Employed)

Conservatory Insulation Solutions Ltd (not The CI Group) is one of the UK's leading conservatory roof specialists. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service, maintaining a 100% 5-Star customer satisfaction record and achieving consistent year-on-year growth since the company was founded.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit experienced self-employed installation teams to join our growing network.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

We are only interested in applicants with proven, hands-on experience within the conservatory roofing industry.

If you have not previously worked with conservatory insulation systems, encapsulated tiled roofs, warm roofs, Firestone roof replacements, or replacement conservatory roof panels, your application will unfortunately not be considered.

This is a specialist role, and industry-specific experience is essential.

Areas We Cover

We operate across most of England, from Cheshire and Yorkshire down to the South Coast.

Ideally, applicants will be based in the Midlands or along the M4 Corridor, although we would still like to hear from experienced teams located elsewhere.

Earning Potential

£60,000 - £100,000+ per year

Your earnings will depend on your availability, experience, and the volume of work you wish to undertake.

Weekly payments.

Ideally, You Will Have Experience In At Least Two Of The Following:

  • Internal Conservatory Insulation & Cladding Systems
  • Warm Roofs / Encapsulated Tiled Roofs
  • Conservatory Firestone Roof Replacements
  • Replacement Thermo Panels / CosyPanels

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in at least two of the installation types listed above.
  • Excellent knowledge of conservatory structures and construction methods.
  • A solution-focused mindset with the ability to overcome installation challenges on site.
  • Ability to follow established company installation procedures and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing.
  • Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Pride in your workmanship and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Applicants Must Have

  • Minimum £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
  • Valid Waste Carrier Licence.
  • Your own fully insured van (ideally a Long Wheelbase High Top van) suitable for transporting materials and equipment.
  • Appropriate breakdown cover.
  • Jump starter pack.
  • Fully stocked and up-to-date First Aid Kit.
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humour – we work hard but enjoy what we do.

Application question(s):

  • Applicants must have their own Van to transport their own tools and supplied materials to each job. Vans need to be in good clean workable condition and be able to carry wooden batten and UPVC materials of lengths up to 5 metres. We would also expect you to have Breakdown cover in the event of breakdown, carry jump leads and/or a starter pack and an up-to date first aid kit.
