Job Description:

Installation Coordinator required for a busy office, supplying and installing UPVC Windows, Doors and Conservatories

The workload of the installation coordinator is varied and requires the ability to develop and learn product knowledge, excellent processing speed with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail and computer experience

Full Training will be given, however candidates with practical knowledge of window fitting / manufacturing would be preferred.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Booking in customers installations, dealing with customer queries and liaising with installers.

Accurately processing and efficiently maintaining orders within an office based environment.

Supplier contact, ordering goods as required, ensuring accurate information given and liaising with the supplier.

Provide estimates for the company’s products to our customer base.

General office work dealing with the day to day running of the installation department.

Ad hoc cover for the trade counter may be required at times.

Skills

IT Literate with a good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.

The drive, ambition and determination to develop technical knowledge of the products we supply

The ability to receive and process orders quickly and efficiently prioritising the requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and enjoy data entry

Be organised and methodical when completing works.

Proficient in processing and efficient maintenance of records.

Time management is a must, candidate must show impeccable time keeping to ensure the work is carried out and completed within the given time.

Must be independent in terms of being able to work out problems and solutions.

Must have a strong work ethic with the right attitude
