Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to join our team. This role requires someone who can work independently, supporting our in-guarantee customers by carrying out remedial works and service visits. You’ll also step in for individual item fittings and provide assistance on larger-scale installation projects when needed.

This is a key position, ensuring our customers continue to receive the high standard of aftercare and service we pride ourselves on.

Hayley Windows is a family run business based in Brierley Hill, The West Midlands. We have been providing uPVC, Timber and Aluminium double glazed windows and doors, Conservatories, Composite doors and Roofline products for over 25 years.

Our founder Mike has always approached every project with a passion to provide an excellent service, product and workmanship. This ethos remains at the forefront of the second generation now running the family firm.

Hayley windows offers a friendly working environment with an excellent selection of installations within the West Midlands area.

Requirements:

- Experience in the industry and repairs

- Problem solver

- Experience installing a variety of window and door profiles (UPVC, Timber, Aluminium, Composite, Box sashes)

- Excellent communication skills

- Pride in appearance

- Pride in workmanship

- Good time keeping

- Can work individually or in a team

- Driving licence

- CIS Card

- Additional qualifications or accreditation's preferable

Hayley Windows will provide:

- Company Van

- Company Uniform

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
