Production Office Administrator

Vale Garden Houses is a family-owned business based in Grantham, renowned for manufacturing and installing high quality bespoke conservatories and orangeries at prestigious properties across the UK and Europe. Its sister company, Architectural Bronze Casements, manufactures and installs high quality bronze windows, doors and screens at similar properties across the UK and worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our production team in a varied and interesting role. This will include assisting our buyer, dealing with internal and external orders, managing the deliveries, managing the department’s database, ordering glass for manufacture and liaising with the production team.

Skills required

For this role you will need to demonstrate that you:

• Have good administration experience
• are accurate in your work and have a keen eye for detail
• are proficient with technology, including Microsoft Excel
• can work well as part of a team
• have good problem-solving skills
• have good communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• are adaptable and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Holidays

25 days holiday each year plus bank holidays

Pay: £24,000.00 per year upwards depending on experience.
