Job Summary
We are seeking experienced self employed Window Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various construction and installation techniques, ensuring that windows are fitted securely and efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards while working on residential and commercial properties.

Excellent rates of pay with a bonus incentive and company vehicle supplied.

Duties

• Measure and cut window frames to fit specific openings accurately.
• Install windows according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
• Ensure proper sealing and insulation around window frames to prevent air and water leaks.
• Perform masonry, plastering, and painting tasks as needed during installation.
• Utilise power tools effectively for cutting, drilling, and fastening materials.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand installation requirements.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and roofers, to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window and conservatory installation or related construction fields.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Experience of installing UPVC, ALUMINIUM, TIMBER products is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Company vehicle supplied - valid driving licence is required for transportation to job sites.
