Full job description

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team in the North West region, based on our site in Coppull.

This role will involve assisting and deputising for the Site Project Manager in the management and operation of site(s), ensuring that appropriate resources are deployed effectively and efficiently to meet safety, quality, cost and performance standards and achieve build programme(s).

We are looking for someone with significant knowledge and experience in health and safety requirements and standards, the ability to build relationships at multiple levels, both internally and externally, and a good working knowledge of the housebuilding industry.
