Role: Healthcare Compliance Administrator

Salary: £28,500 per annum

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 08:00-16:00 & 09:00-17:00

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

The Role

  • Monitoring compliance with contractual requirements, patient pathways and commissioning policies
  • Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure patients meet eligibility criteria for treatment
  • Managing Trust contract trackers and ensuring patients are treated within agreed timescales
  • Liaising with consultants, NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and internal departments to maintain compliance
  • Processing and monitoring compliance reports, activity data and patient information
  • Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Supporting the management of Individual Funding Requests (IFRs) and policy compliance requirements
  • Ensuring a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the patient journey

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous administration experience within healthcare, compliance, quality or a regulated environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable

  • Experience within the healthcare sector
  • Experience within a compliance, governance or quality-focused role
  • Understanding of NHS processes, commissioning requirements or patient pathways
