Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Consultant to join our growing consultancy team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in internationally and British recognised management system standards, including ISO and BRCGS, while supporting clients across a wide range of industries.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced consultants to assist organisations in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving management systems that meet certification and regulatory requirements.

Duties

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of management systems aligned with ISO and BRCGS standards.
  • Contribute to consultancy reports and recommendations.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits, and compliance assessments.
  • Prepare management system documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Support consultants in delivering client projects and certification preparation activities.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification (2:1 or above preferred) in Food Science, Business Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline OR 1-2 years minimum in industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must be willing to travel as required on a project-by-project basis, this point is critical.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of ISO or BRCGS standards.
  • Previous experience in quality, compliance, food manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or consultancy environments.
  • Understanding of auditing principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and report writing.
