Full job description

looking for a sales and customer service consultant

What we do: Eco4 energy saving is a company that helps homeowners and private tenants to increase the EPC rating on the property by installing new heating and insulation measures example Boilers, Air source heat pump, Solar panels. loft insulation internal wall insulation.

If the home owners have a non condensing boiler or Back boiler we can look into getting new boiler for free through the government grant scheme, If the customers meets the criteria of the application they would qualify.

We also provide insulation in the property which will enable them to save money on the energy bills by keeping the property more warmer in the winter and saving heat loss.

Required skills, computer literate, good with spreadsheets, good communication over phone(clear and confident) and good with words using professionalism . making and receiving calls, sending emails and whatsapp messages, prioritize workload, Positive energy, Manage your own workload, work on your own initiative and reliable.

Responsibilities:

You will receive fresh leads Daily (no cold calling)

Going through the application for ECO4 grants and checking if they eligible for any free home improvement grants.

Efficiently managing and converting the leads by building a rapport and quick understanding of your customers needs, arranging appointments with surveyors and booking installations,

Benefit package:

Working 5 days a weeks Monday to Friday times and hours to be discussed.

please note this a temporary positions till Decemeber 2026 with a potential of permanent role depending on performance

National minimum wage,

After passing 1-2 months probation you will also get commission on top of your basic.

Overtime available

On site parking, kitchen and own space available in the office.
