Full job description

Who we are:

Little Light PR is a boutique agency specialising in results driven PR and communications. We have a wealth of experience in hair, beauty and wellness. We create consistent, relevant brand communications for our clients starting and maintaining meaningful connections on their behalf with press, consumers and influencers.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Directors with the day to day running of a busy press office
  • Manage daily PR samples and image requests
  • Assist with PR, Communication and Digital Media Strategies
  • Event planning & occasional attendance (although this is a mainly office based role)
  • Updating press reports & coverage collation
  • Following up with journalists on press requests
  • A first point of contact for PR enquiries (emailing images & press releases over to press as required)
  • Monitoring the media for potential feature/product placement opportunities
  • Product Room Control
  • Diary management & expense collation
  • Mail Outs & Post

Skills We're Looking For:

  • A passion for everything beauty & hair related
  • A proactive nature
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially powerpoint and word
  • An interest in social media, magazines and newspapers
  • Well-organised, methodical and efficient with good time management skills
  • A can do attitude!

Job Type: Contract

Pay: £26,437.00-£26,500.00 per year
