Compensation: £12.7 per hour (base rate) + performance-based commission

The Role

As a TikTok Live Moderator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop. You’ll work closely with the livestream presenter throughout each session and help to drive conversions. We’ll provide support with content planning, coaching, and performance feedback so you can focus on bringing each brand to life on screen and improve continuously.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and wrap up TikTok Shop livestreams, ensuring equipment, products, and settings are ready.

· Support the presenter during live sessions: manage cues, display products, answer questions, and encourage audience engagement.

· Monitor comments and adjust pacing or content in real time to maximize performance.

· Collect data and conduct post-livestream reviews to improve future sessions.

· Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Language & Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese (both required).
• Composure & Adaptability: Ability to stay composed and attentive in fast-paced live settings.
• Teamwork & Independence: Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, while also collaborating effectively with the Live Presenter and the team.
• Data Savvy: Basic data handling and analysis skills, with a data-driven mindset for interpreting livestream metrics and performance indicators.
• Personable & Willing to Learn: Approachable personality with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience in livestream operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian) is an advantage.
