Continued growth and a genuine commitment to delivering our unique customer service philosophy, means we have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Support Manager within our operations team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular audits in accordance with our quality management system.
  • Providing ongoing training to ensure all installations are carried out to our own unique Lorimer standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring all of our colleagues to support their continuous development.

· Managing and driving improvements in health and safety.

  • Providing feedback to our supply chain to consistently improve quality and development of systems.
  • Controlling budgeted expenditure and effective management of relevant costs.
  • Developing of our logistics systems to maximise output and productivity.
  • Managing our depot infrastructure and ensuring the environment is operating at the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

· Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.

· The ability to positively influence our colleagues in operations and drive change.

· A sound knowledge of IT systems.

· First rate verbal and written communication skills.

· Highly self-motivated and innovative.

Candidates must be educated to degree standard, preferably in a construction or engineering discipline.
