About Us
RevOps Automated is a global Revenue Operations consultancy helping organisations build scalable, high-performing revenue engines by aligning strategy, systems, processes, and data.
We partner with growth-stage and enterprise businesses to solve complex commercial and operational challenges across marketing, sales, customer success, and wider business operations. Our work spans discovery, process design, CRM architecture, automation, reporting, and data governance across platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce.
We are fiercely proud of our culture and how our business looks after its people and its customers.
Role Overview
We are hiring a RevOps Strategist to lead client engagements across a range of industries.
This is a client-facing consulting role for someone who can operate in ambiguity, ask the right questions, and turn business complexity into clear, executable plans. You will facilitate workshops, map processes, identify bottlenecks, and design practical recommendations that improve how revenue operations function across the organisation.
You will understand platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, but your primary value lies in your consulting capability - uncovering root causes, aligning stakeholders, and shaping operating models that connect business goals to system design and delivery.
Working across multiple clients, you will partner with leadership teams, technical specialists, and delivery teams to drive impact from discovery through to roadmap and execution planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery engagements with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and leadership
- Facilitate workshops to uncover business goals, challenges, reporting needs, and system constraints
- Map current and future-state processes across revenue operations, customer journeys, lifecycle management, and reporting
Translate insights into structured deliverables, including:
- discovery reports
- RevOps strategies
- high-level designs
- phased roadmaps
- implementation recommendations
- statements of work
- process and system documentation
- Identify root causes - not just surface-level CRM issues - and recommend - improvements to efficiency, scalability, visibility, and performance
- Design future-state strategies across CRM structure, lifecycle management, automation, governance, reporting, and operating models
- Advise on how HubSpot, Salesforce, and related technologies support broader commercial strategy
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure recommendations are practical and deliverable
- Support pre-sales and scoping, defining priorities, risks, dependencies, and phased approaches
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing clarity and structure to complex transformation initiatives
- Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality communication and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of consulting capability, business judgment, and technical fluency.
- You’ve likely worked in RevOps, operations, CRM consulting, or a similar environment, and understand how to solve commercial problems by connecting people, processes, systems, and data.
- You’re comfortable leading senior stakeholders, running workshops, challenging assumptions, and turning complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You understand CRM platforms well enough to design realistic solutions - but your strength is structured thinking and problem solving.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CRM consulting, operations consulting, or business transformation
- Experience in client-facing or cross-functional environments
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder interview skills
- Strong process mapping and business analysis capability
- Practical knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce (objects, workflows, automation, pipelines, reporting)
- Ability to translate business requirements into system design
- Excellent written communication with experience producing structured, client-facing documents
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to link operational change to business outcomes
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple clients and time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading discovery or design engagements for CRM or transformation projects
Experience producing roadmaps, designs, and implementation plans
Exposure to integrations, APIs, middleware, or data architecture
HubSpot and/or Salesforce certifications
Experience across multiple operational environments
Background in high-growth, multi-site, enterprise, or consulting-led environments
Traits That Matter
We’re looking for someone with presence, judgment, and the ability to make complex situations feel manageable.
The strongest candidates are:
- curious and commercially minded
- structured in their thinking
- confident with clients
- comfortable asking difficult questions
- pragmatic and outcome-focused
- technically credible without being overly technical
- able to build trust quickly
This role also requires what many call the “Q factor”- someone clients want in the room. Someone who creates momentum, leads conversations, and gives confidence that problems are understood and solvable.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients leave workshops with clarity and direction
- Business challenges are translated into clear priorities and next steps
- Stakeholders align around processes, systems, and outcomes
- Recommendations are practical and ready for execution
- Delivery teams receive plans they can implement confidently
- Clients see measurable improvements in visibility, efficiency, and performance
Why Join RevOps Automated
- Work on meaningful transformation projects across industries
- Shape strategy, not just execution
- Collaborate with specialists across RevOps, CRM, and delivery
- Solve real business problems through systems and strategy
- Be part of a consultancy focused on clarity, impact, and quality
Requirements
3+ years of CRM experience
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Benefits
Exposure to diverse clients and industries
Ongoing learning and development
Competitive salary (£45,000–£50,000 + bonus)
Remote working flexibility
Clear progression opportunities
Collaborative, high-performance environment
