About Us:
We are a leading supplier of pre-insulated pipe systems, trusted by contractors, developers, and engineers across the construction and energy sectors. Known for our technical expertise and commitment to quality, we provide tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce energy loss, and support sustainable infrastructure. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Regional Sales Representative to manage and expand our client base within the assigned territory.

Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across your region. You’ll represent our range of pre-insulated pipe products to contractors, consultants, distributors, and project stakeholders—helping them find the right solutions while driving sales growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and manage relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors in your region

· Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through site visits, networking, and industry contacts

· Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and technical support to customers

· Provide quotations, follow up on tenders, and negotiate pricing and contract terms

· Maintain a detailed understanding of the product range, applications, and competitive landscape

· Collaborate with the internal sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service

· Monitor project pipelines, track market activity, and report regularly on sales performance

· Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings as required

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven track record in field sales, ideally within the construction, HVAC, M&E, or building materials sector

· Knowledge of pre-insulated pipe systems or related products is highly desirable

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development

· Comfortable working independently, managing time and territory effectively

· Full UK driving licence (or equivalent if outside the UK)

· Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
