EPS Ltd are looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join our expanding team.

We are a long-established, family-run property maintenance business operating throughout Bristol, the South West and South Wales. Whilst we are proud of our family business ethos, we are also ambitious and focused on continued growth.

We are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of that journey.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building fabric repairs and maintenance, have both practical and theoretical experience in surveying, pricing and managing projects, and be highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills.

This is a hands-on role that combines surveying, estimating, project management and client relationship management.

The Role

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting both new and existing clients to inspect, survey and scope maintenance and refurbishment projects
  • Pricing works in conjunction with the Managing Director
  • Producing and managing quotations
  • Following up quotations and progressing opportunities into secured work
  • Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Coordinating both our in-house engineers and subcontractor network
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
  • Working closely with the Managing Director and Office Manager to identify opportunities for growth and new contract opportunities

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of a portfolio of project turnover and play an active role in ensuring sufficient work is secured, progressed and delivered each month.

This is not a pure administration or project delivery role.

We are looking for someone who understands the commercial side of contracting and can:

  • Develop relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up and convert quotations
  • Identify additional works opportunities
  • Help maintain a healthy pipeline of future projects
  • Contribute towards the continued growth of EPS Limited

Whilst existing industry contacts would be advantageous, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate an ability to build relationships, develop opportunities and add value to a growing business.
