We are seeking enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our esteemed team at Contrast . This role is vital in delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The position is based in Inverness, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious hospitality environment.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist in food presentation and delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A friendly attitude with a passion for guest service.
  • Previous experience with upselling is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
