Residential Property Solicitor / FCILEx (NQ+)

ONLY 2 OFFICE DAYS PER WEEK - 3 days WFH

£46,000 – £65,000 (Negotiable for Experience)

This well-established regional firm has created an opening for a sharp, qualified Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx.

Whether you are a Conveyancing veteran ready to hit the ground running or a hungry NQ looking for excellent supervision, this firm offers great quality work without the corporate burnout.

The Firm & The Team.

You will be joining one of the key players in the Residential Property market:

  • The Setup: The office is a collaborative hub housing a mix of legal disciplines.
  • Your Squad: You will work directly alongside the Partner and a team of highly experienced Conveyancers, supported by several dedicated secretaries.

The Role.

You will manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property matters.

  • The Work: Managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (sales and purchases), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and drafting residential tenancy agreements.
  • The Targets: Highly realistic. The more matters you complete, the better your bonus will be!

You.

  • Experience: You are a fully qualified Solicitor or FCILEx (NQ+).
  • Vibe: You are commercially aware, team-oriented, and appreciate a tight-knit office environment where people stay long-term because it works.

The Deal.

  • Salary: £46,000 - £65,000 depending on your PQE
  • Flexibility: Genuine hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
  • Parking: On site.
