We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy, Residential Property team in Bishops Waltham for an Conveyancing Legal Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress to Paralegal while working in a supportive, client-focused environment.

The Role

You’ll support Senior Property Lawyers with a wide range of residential conveyancing tasks, including:

  • Preparing quotes, liaising with clients, and handling enquiries
  • Assisting with case management and legal procedures
  • Requesting searches and making applications to Land Registry
  • Dealing with lenders, Land Registry, and other third parties
  • Processing post, emails, and updating case management systems
  • File preparation, closing, and archiving
  • Undertaking training and development opportunities

About You

  • 6 months experience in residential property matters
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work well in a team
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused
