Job Overview: As a UV Crazy Golf and Games Fun Ambassador, your mission is to ensure every guest has a "GLOBALLS" experience filled with fun, laughter and vibrant memories. Whether you're welcoming guests at reception, preparing drinks for our fast bar or ensuring the venue shines bright; you’ll bring energy, creativity and exceptional service to every corner of our glowing venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Ultimate Host: Greet guests with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude, ensuring everyone feels welcome and excited to play.
  • Fast Bar Drink Master: Collate and serve a drinks order with speed and style.
  • Upsell Extraordinaire: At reception, promote our exciting packages, glow-in-the-dark accessories, and special offers. Your upselling skills will enhance every guest’s visit.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Keep an eye on the course and front of house, ready to assist with any guest needs, from a stuck golf ball to a special drink request.
  • Explain the rules, offer tips, and ensure every guest knows where to find the best photo opportunities and hidden surprises on the course.
  • Safety and Cleanliness Guru: Maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow all safety protocols, manage spills, and ensure the venue sparkles.
  • Follow Policies and Procedures: Always adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in all actions and decisions.
  • Booking and Administration: Handle bookings with precision, manage guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow of operations at reception.
  • Social Media Star: Be ready to feature in our fun social media content, showcasing the exciting experiences and vibrant atmosphere of our venue.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with fellow Fun Ambassadors and management to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Versatile Role: Be ready to switch between queue management, course checks and customer needs, embracing the variety and excitement each area offers.
  • Follow Instructions: Complete tasks as directed by management, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
