Role: Business Development Manager
Location: UK South (Field-Based)
Annual Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 Basic DoE, OTE £50k uncapped commission

The Company
Cornish Lime are a UK distributor of traditional and innovative lime-based building materials, suitable for both historic restoration and modern construction.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced field-based business developer to join an established, yet fast-growing and innovative organisation offering potential longer term career progression.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B field-based Business Development Manager to lead our business growth and contribute towards our strategic plan. You’ll be responsible for increasing revenues with our existing trade distributors whilst establishing and converting new business opportunities with independent merchants.
The Person
You will have a minimum of 3 years B2B experience as a field-based salesperson, with a demonstrable track record of success. You will need excellent organisational skills, be highly motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. If you have experience in a construction or building supplies background, this would be advantageous but not essential.
