Do you enjoy working as part of a team, creating great food and delivering excellent customer service?

We’re looking for a motivated Catering Assistant to join ISS UK and help deliver a high-quality catering service to patients, staff and visitors.

You’ll play an important role in food preparation and service, ensuring meals and beverages are served to the required standards while maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment.

You’ll also help create a welcoming experience for customers and colleagues through your positive attitude, professionalism and commitment to excellent service.

The Role

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food hygiene standards, safety regulations and service specifications.
  • Support the delivery of catering services, responding to customer needs and ensuring meals and refreshments are served efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchens, dining rooms and associated catering areas.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, creating a welcoming experience for patients, staff and visitors.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, responding helpfully to enquiries about catering services and facilities.
  • Contribute to improving service quality and efficiency by sharing ideas and supporting a positive, customer-focused working environment.
