About Urban Host Co.

Urban Host Co. is a premium UK short-let property management company. We manage residential properties on behalf of landlords across Airbnb, Booking.com and corporate booking channels, operating in London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.

We are expanding our Glasgow portfolio and hiring remote Business Development Associates to lead landlord acquisition.

The Role

You'll contact UK property owners and convert them into managed clients. We provide the leads — a pre-qualified, segmented database of licensed Glasgow landlords built from public licensing records. You are not cold-guessing; you're working a warm, filtered list.

What you'll do

  • Call and email UK landlords from our prospecting database
  • Explain our management model and revenue uplift potential
  • Handle objections and book discovery calls
  • Guide interested landlords through to a signed management agreement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in our CRM

What you'll earn

This role is designed so your income compounds rather than resets each month. All earnings are paid in GBP.

  • Fixed retainer: £200 per month
  • Onboarding bonus: £250 per property, once it goes live and completes its first bookings
  • Recurring share: 25% of the ongoing management fee that property generates for the first 12 months, then 15% for the following 12 months

Every property you onboard keeps paying you while it stays in the portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years in outbound sales, inside sales or lead generation
  • Excellent spoken and written English — you'll speak to UK property owners daily
  • Comfortable working UK hours
  • Own laptop and stable high-speed internet
  • Prior experience selling to international markets is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Real estate background welcome but not essential
