Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As an Event Specialist, you will deliver a portfolio of professional development and learning events across global markets. Working within the product delivery framework, you will ensure events are high‑quality, engaging and delivered consistently across both digital and in‑person formats.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of events, ensuring they are delivered to agreed quality standards, timelines and budgets.

  • Manage logistics including venues, suppliers, platforms and technical requirements for both digital and face‑to‑face events.

  • Act as the main point of contact for delegates, handling bookings, communications and event queries.

  • Support speaker and stakeholder management, including briefings, logistics and on‑the‑day coordination.

  • Deliver onsite and virtual event management, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.

  • Produce post‑event reporting, including feedback, engagement insights and budget reconciliation to inform continuous improvement.

    You are a highly organised and proactive events professional with experience delivering both digital and in‑person events. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and take pride in delivering seamless, high‑quality experiences.



    Skills & Experience:
  • Experience delivering events within a professional, corporate or learning environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Experience of digital event platforms and webinar/conference tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship‑management skills across internal and external audiences.

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, customer‑focused approach.

  • Detail‑oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation.
