We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to safeguard our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment through proactive surveillance and prompt response to incidents. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet & Greet: Welcome and assist staff, visitors, and deliveries with a friendly, professional approach.
  • Barrier Control: Manage and control site barriers to ensure secure access and prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Client Engagement: Provide clear directions and support to individuals entering the site.
  • Site Management: Handle bookings and ensure people are guided to the correct areas.
  • Conflict Resolution: Use your conflict management training to maintain a calm and secure environment.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain a smart and presentable appearance at all times while representing Fortel on site.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional Appearance: Smart, presentable, and compliant with PPE requirements.
  • IT Knowledge: Basic IT skills required.
  • Transport: Having your own transport is beneficial.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older.

Must Have

  • SIA Licence: Valid and up-to-date.
  • Work History: 5 years of checkable work history.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • First Aid: Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
