Established in 2004, 1st Class Protection provides professional security services across London. We protect a wide range of sites, including schools, nurseries, care homes, residential developments, and commercial properties.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, confident, and experienced Junior Locations Manager to join our Operations Team.

You will be responsible for managing several security sites, supporting Security Officers and Supervisors, and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will report directly to the Senior Locations Manager and Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple security sites.
  • Supervise and motivate Security Officers and Supervisors.
  • Carry out site visits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Induct and train new employees.
  • Deliver refresher training where required.
  • Ensure company procedures and standards are followed.
  • Complete site reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to operational issues and arrange emergency staff cover when needed.
  • Conduct uniform, licence, and compliance checks.
  • Work closely with clients and the Operations Team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the security industry.
  • Valid SIA Licence.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and completing reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
