An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Officer to the Corporate Leadership Team within our Public Health and Community Division. You will work closely with our Director of Public Health & Communities, tackling high-profile and complex projects that matter to our community. If you are self-reliant, organised, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
As the Executive Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Leadership: Provide high-level support to the Corporate Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Project Management: Manage complex work packages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Communication: Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations that effectively communicate key messages.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A management or business qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent work experience.
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- A good understanding of performance management and service standards.
