Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Therapist to join our dynamic dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic treatments combined with excellent communication and organisational skills to manage reception duties. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, artistic vision, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to provide outstanding patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Duties

  • Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL, microneedling, and rejuvenation procedures.
  • Monitor patients’ progress post-treatment and provide follow-up care as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the clinic.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing patient records, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in aesthetic therapies is highly desirable.
  • Beauty Level 3, Laser and IPL Level 4
  • Micro-needling, Mesotherapy and Phlebotomy experience .
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage both treatment schedules and reception duties effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to achieve optimal results.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in practice.
