General Manager – PizzaLuxe London

Location: London, EC2A 2FA

Salary: Package up to £40,000, subject to experience.

About PizzaLuxe

At PizzaLuxe, we’re obsessed with great pizza done properly. Premium ingredients, bold flavours, and a stylish, high-energy environment. We deliver restaurant-quality pizza at accessible prices, with a focus on consistency, speed, and genuine hospitality. We’re now looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of our Flagship London site and drive it forward both commercially and operationally.

The Role -

This isn’t just running shifts, this is running a business. You will take full accountability for your site, owning performance across sales, profit, team, and guest experience, with a clear focus on growing the business vs last year.

Key Responsibilities, Commercial & Financial Performance -

Full ownership of P&L, with a sharp focus on driving profitability. Analyse weekly performance and take action to improve sales, labour, and cost control. Deliver consistent year-on-year growth across all revenue streams.

Sales Growth -

Drive in-restaurant, delivery, venue partnership and 3rd party platform sales (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, etc.). Maximise trading opportunities around local events, peak periods, and seasonality. Identify and execute initiatives to increase average spend, covers, and frequency. Team Leadership. Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, engaged team.

Lead from the front, visible, hands-on, and standards-driven. Create a culture of accountability, energy, and pride in performance.

Operations & Standards -

Deliver consistently high standards across kitchen, service, and environment. Ensure all brand standards, food quality, and compliance are met every day. Drive efficiency without compromising guest experience.

Marketing & Local Growth -

Take ownership of local store marketing to drive footfall and awareness. Build relationships within the local area to grow the business organically. Work with central teams to execute campaigns and maximise impact.

What We’re Looking For -

Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) in a high-volume hospitality environment. Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&L and driving sales growth. Confidence managing delivery platforms and 3rd party sales channels. A hands-on leader who leads by example and holds standards. Someone who takes full ownership and accountability - no excuses, just results. Driven, resilient, and focused on continuous improvement.

What You’ll Get -

Competitive salary + performance-based bonus. Tronc / service charge share. Real autonomy to run your business and make an impact. Career development within a growing brand.

Why Join PizzaLuxe?

This is a role for someone who wants to own a site, drive performance, and build something stronger year on year, not just maintain it. If you’re commercially sharp, people-focused, and ready to push a business forward, we want to hear from you.
