Full job description

Costa Coffee is expanding its team and looking for hard working, dependable Baristas to be part of the team.

At Costa Coffee, our key focus is people and as a valued team member you will be an integral part of a team, working to deliver an impeccable coffee experience for our customers.

We currently have part time Team Leader/Supervisor/Barista Maestro vacancies available with immediate starts. We're looking for a Barista who may have worked in other coffee shops and have supervisory experience. Full training will be given.

Benefits of a Barista:

· Rates up to £13.00 p/hour. Depending on experience

Duties of a Barista:

· Be the face of the Company

. Lead a shift in the absence of a management

· Adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards.

· Operating the till

· Serving customers

· Preparing orders/ Making Coffee are just some of the duties involved.

Requirements of a Barista:

  • Excellent customer manner
  • Good leadership skills
  • Strong teamwork qualities
  • A willingness to learn
