General Manager

Do you know how to lead a team, charm the regulars, and make a busy brasserie feel effortlessly fun? If you’re a fan of turning meals into moments with good food, good wine and good company, then we think you’ll be at home here.

We’re looking for a General Manager with flair, passion, and a healthy love of good food and great company. Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the crème brûlée.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading your team with joie de vivre — energy, laughter, and genuine warmth
  • Keeping the service flowing and the atmosphere buzzing, from brunch to Bordeaux o’clock.
  • Knowing your way around a P&L as easily as you do a wine list.
  • Creating a place guests love — and teams are proud to call home.

Who you’ll be:

  • A lover of hospitality — and a knack for making people smile.
  • Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness
  • Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
