Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front of House (FOH) Team Member and become the welcoming face of our vibrant establishment! In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for every guest, fostering a lively atmosphere where everyone feels valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, ordering, and answering questions to enhance their experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Upsell menu items to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
  • Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen operations
  • Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across front-of-house responsibilities

Experience

  • Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
  • Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
  • Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
