Support Worker – Supreme Homes Limited
Locations: Coulsdon, Purley, Guildford and surrounding Surrey areas
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Supreme Homes Limited is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users in the comfort of our homes. We are looking for dedicated, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team.

As a Support Worker, you will represent the company professionally and uphold our values of dignity, respect, independence, professionalism and excellence.

About the Role

You will support service users with day-to-day care needs in accordance with their individual care plans, risk assessments and company policies. Your role will be to help service users remain safe, independent and comfortable at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care, including support with washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, hair care and meal support
  • Prompting medication safely in line with the care plan and company procedures
  • Supporting mobility and safe use of equipment such as hoists, wheelchairs and stair lifts, where trained to do so
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in the service user’s health, wellbeing or behaviour
  • Recording accurate and detailed visit notes
  • Reporting safeguarding concerns immediately to the Care Manager or senior staff
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times, unless there is a risk to the service user’s safety
  • Working respectfully with service users, families, colleagues and other professionals
  • Attending mandatory training, supervision and ongoing development sessions

Previous care experience is ESSENTIAL

Working Pattern

This role is worked on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays.
