We are seeking a dynamic Service Lead to join our Finance Team. The role will support our Income and Banking Team and the Service Manager with robust management and effective operational delivery of services which meet performance expectations, first time resolution, process redesign and adopting new ways of working. Providing enhanced Customer Service and any associated improvements putting health and wellbeing at the heart of
everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of Income and Banking services, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Make day-to-day operational decisions and resolve complex issues, maintaining high-quality controls.
- Drive service improvements through process redesign, technology adoption, and efficiency savings.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to influence timely resolution and improve customer outcomes.
- Support projects that shape inclusive customer experiences and deliver a “no wrong door” approach.
- Motivate and develop your team within a modern learning culture, fostering excellence and attracting top talent.
